Simple terms, in plain words.

Quotes & booking

Every quote is hand-built and valid for 14 days. Your date is reserved when we receive a 30% deposit; the balance is due seven days before your event. Quotes include delivery, styling, teardown and next-morning pickup within the greater metro area.

On the day

Our crew needs venue access two hours before guests arrive and one hour after last dance for teardown. If your venue has load-in rules or elevator bookings, tell us in advance and we’ll plan around them.

Damages

Party happens — a coupe may not survive the toast. Normal wear is on us. Items lost or damaged beyond repair are billed at the replacement value listed on your quote, never more.

Cancellations

• More than 30 days out: full deposit refund.
• 14–30 days out: deposit becomes credit for any future date within a year.
• Under 14 days: deposit is retained, and we’ll still try to rebook your pieces.

Date changes are free whenever your venue allows them — just ask.

Weather

For outdoor events, we confirm the wet-weather plan 48 hours ahead. If storms force a cancellation, your deposit converts to credit automatically.
